EAT RIGHT!

Women who consume more red meat have the highest risk of breast cancer. Consume food that is rich in fibre and low in fat.

WERK IT!

Working out for half an hour at least 4 to 5  days in a week reduces the risk of breast cancer by 30 to 50 percent.

PESTICIDES ARE TOXIC

This might be common knowledge but most of us do not know that there is a risk of it damaging us in a cellular level.

JUST CHILL!

Stress not only affects your mental health but also your physical health by suppressing your immune system.

SIZE DOESN’T MATTER!

Contrary to popular belief breast size does not play a role in the impact of breast cancer. But higher levels of oestrogen caused by obesity increases the risk of breast cancer.

MEN CAN GET BREAST CANCER!
