Plenty of fruits and vegetables


Consume whole grains such as oats, brown rice and barley

Intake lean protein such as, egg whites, and beans.

Consume healthy fats like those in nuts, avocados, and olive oil.

What Not to Eat or Drink..

 Avoid Saturated foods

Sugary treats like cookies.

Avoid Alcohol
