 4. Stop ordering food and start cooking yourself. It is a great feeling.

 5. Nothing enlightens your day like a good breakfast. Make sure you eat it right.

6. Stop late night internet surfing and start reading books. You will go to sleep fast.

 7. Start being active. Get a new hobby.

8. Eat right. Stop late night snacking by having proper meals.

9. Never be let down by failure. Understand that you can only get stronger by learning from them.
