2.Adopt a pet
Choosing to have a pet can relieve anxiety and pain in your mind that are the results of loneliness. Pets are very good companions and will never let you feel alone. They help you feel happy whenever you need it.
3.Talk to yourself
Self-realization is very important. You might not always find someone who is ready to talk to you whenever you need them. You are always the person who knows the situation and is best if you consider discussing things within yourself. This may sound weird while hearing for the first time but it works.
