1. You’re not eating enough


The known fact is that overeating causes weight gain among several other health issues.
There are two other factors which lead to unnecessarily weight gain by deregulating your blood sugar level.

Follow a wholesome diet and eat something every three hours to avoid such issues. Do not eat anything two hours before bed and have an active workout session to avoid fat buildup.
