The facts: Mornings can become hectic and tiring and breakfast can become the least important of your concerns then. But is imperative that you get proper solid meal inside your system within two or three hours since you have woken up. There are several simple ways you can get a healthy breakfast ready within a short time. If possible, make minor preparations for your breakfast the previous night.
Myth 3: DO NOT FEEL HUNGRY
The facts: In the morning, you might not exactly feel as hungry as you feel before lunch or supper. But staying in an empty stomach for such a long time can lead to serious health issues in the long term. If not immediately after waking up have something at least within a few hours.
Myth 4: EGGS & CEREAL FOR BREAKFAST

But this habit can result in you having long-term effects in your health ending up you spending a fortune to restore your health. People who eat a proper healthy breakfast on a regular basis are known to lower the risk of hypertension, heart disease and obesity.
